James was incredibly patient, very personable, and took the time to talk through each step with me. "This is a State Farm review…not specific to this agent. Quit paying for new roofs on my neighbors’ homes when everyone knows about the roofer scams: tear off a shingle and write up hail/ storm damage. I paid for replacement of my 20+ year old roof and don’t believe it’s right to pull these scams."
